The Circuit Measurements

Neck Line: Around the base of the neck where the collar rests.
Chest/Bust: The widest part of the chest, keeping the tape level.
Waist: The natural waistline, usually above the belly button.
Hips: The fullest part of the hips area.

Vertical Alignment

Shoulder to Waist: From the neck base down to the natural waist.
Waist to Hip: Distance between the waistline and fullest hip point.
Shoulder to Navel: Direct vertical drop from shoulder to belly button.

Finished Lengths

Full Length: From shoulder to desired finish (Ankle/Floor).
Trouser Length: Outseam from waist to the shoe sole.
Skirt Length: From waist to the desired hemline.

Shoulder Architecture

Shoulder Width: Bony point to bony point across the back.
Long Sleeve: Shoulder point to wrist with a slight elbow bend.
Short Sleeve: Shoulder point to mid-bicep.
